Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back, then permanently deleted.
Your free Emergency Card is active for 30 days. We'll remind you at 16, 9, and 3 days before expiration. You can regenerate it any time while it's active. After 30 days, your plan data is archived — you won't lose it, but it won't be actively maintained. Come back any time and pick up where you left off.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, email support@legacyready.co for a full refund, no questions asked.
No. Even on the free tier, you can share your Emergency Card PDF with anyone via email or printed copy. Pro adds view-only shareable links (revocable, time-limited) so family members can access specific sections without seeing everything.
